1877-11-24: Final Fate: De CERES, kapt. P. 't Hart, komende van Burntisland, is voor of op 24 november 1877 zwaar lek op zee door het volk verlaten, dat door een visser gered en te Ostende is aangebracht. Het verlaten wrak is op 24 november op de Vlaamsche Banken gestrand en uit elkander geslagen.
