1926-09-21: Algemeen Handelsblad 21-09-1926: Overdracht van schepen: Het Engelsche tankstoomschip „ABSIA", van de Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Co. Ltd. te Londen, 5218 ton bruto, 3170 ton netto, in 1918 bij Harland & Wolff Ltd. te Glasgow gebouwd, is overgedaan aan de zustermaatschappij La Corona te s-Gravenhage en wordt binnenkort onder Nederlandsche vlag gebracht. Nog zeven andere schepen van de Anglo-Saxon, van ongeveer dezelfde grootte, worden door de La Corona overgenomen. Alle schepen behouden denzelfden naam, („N. R. Ct.")

1927-08-26: Algemeen Handelsblad: 26-08-1927: Verkochte Schepen: Het Nederlandsche tankstoomschip „ABSIA" (ex War African), 5214 ton bruto en 3168 ton netto, van de Petroleum Mij. La Corona te 's-Gravenhage, is verkocht aan de D/S A/S Nanset te Larvik. Het schip is voor den tijd van 10 jaar in tijdcharter verhuurd aan de Anglo Saxon Petroleum Cy. Ltd. te Londen. („N.R.Ct.")

1940-07-00: Door de Britse regering gevorderd en op 24 september 1940 gedwongen verkocht aan de Britse Admiraliteit, op 1 maart 1941 overgedragen aan het Ministry of Shipping / War Transport en gebruikt als olieopslagbasis te Sheerness.

1955-04-00: Final Fate: Begin april 1955 voor sloop verkocht aan Albert Sonnenburg te Düsseldorf. Zij arriveerde reeds op 9 april 1955 op haar laatste reis te Emden, waar zij bij de Nordseewerke Emden G.m.b.H. werd gesloopt.
