1935-11-21: Final Fate: De BAN HO GUAN werd in september 1935 aan de Koninklijke Paketvaart Maatschappij overgedragen, in ruil voor de DE HAAN en door de K.P.M. voor de sloop verkocht aan Okada Seeichi, Osaka. Op de uitreis van Singapore naar de slopers in Japan is de BAN HO GUAN op 21 november 1935 bij de ingang tot Keelung (Taiwan) aan de grond geraakt en wrak geworden. Zij voer op deze uitreis onder Japanse vlag, eigendom van de slopers.
