Motor vessel HAV (Buenos Aires for Montreal, when leaving here at 6.40 p.m. on Apr 26 grounded on soft mud between Curb Buoy and Ilha do Boi shallow. Attempts to refloat on evening tide and to-day’s two rising tides without susses. No apparent damage.
